Revised concept with a fusion of colour

These images are drawn by tenants of Common Ground, then integrated to create a narrative in the form of a mural. Each panel represents a section measuring 1.2 high x 5.8 metres (panle 19=3.6m) of the total 55 metre long wall. The panels take the viewer on a journey from early morning to dusk. It begins in a fern garden, then moves through a party in a backyard around a washing line, and on to a homestead at dusk. The party includes a symbolised reconciliation using Indigenous imagery that begins with a stylised journey from panel 1 onwards to the 'meeting symbol' in panel 4. As daylight fades, the narrative moves into a more sombre landscape, perhaps scarred by bushfire with burning skies. Despite the hazards, the viewer arrives safely at a homestead in a field of regenerating ferns; vigourous and bright.
