We have had three more sessions: 17th, 19th and 22nd September. In that time Hedy has returned and has painted in her colourful Bali garden - true to Hedy's namesake 'Hedy Purple". Jo has made a start on the reconciliation painting. Darren and Dan have added white highlights to the paperbark/stark landscape trees. Mark has painted in the chairs for the reconciliation panel and has painted a dancing dog in the party section. Sissy has continued to work on the theme of ferns which stretch across all of the panels. Robert has painted his fabulous clothes line and party panels with the utmost precision and dedication. All the ply panels are ready to go onto the wall. Caroline has cut the final panel and has painted in Margaret's (the gardener's) features. Pamela is still thinking about painting in her little blackbird, the word 'gather' and her small tree design - as part of Rob's party panels. Most panels are complete, with some finessing to do this week. The next session is Wednesday, 23rd September from 9.30 am to lunchtime. Caroline will be on site to help. By the end of this week, as Rob says, "95% will be complete". We will have a review on Friday 26th, then add finishing touches next week, including mounting the ply. Everyone is welcome to join us.
